Regulatory licences

Five live authorisations. One affiliation.

Cross-border private capital needs more than one regulator to say yes. Floww holds its own broker-dealer and FCA permissions, plus the fund management, custody and trust company layers underneath them. Every entity named, every number checkable on a public register.

The problem

One placement with US accredited investors and UK professional investors touches two regulators. Miss a piece and the deal cannot close legally.
